Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel to settle in.

  • Day 2 – Private Half Day Santiago City Tour

This morning after breakfast at your hotel you’ll enjoy a tour of Santiago. Throughout the day you’ll visit the city’s historic center where you’ll find the Plaza de Armas, the main Cathedral, and the Presidential Palace. You will also have the chance to view the city from the top of Cerro San Cristobal.

  • Day 3 – Private Full Day Valparaiso & Viña del Mar Tour

Today you’ll visit two of central Chile’s most popular coastal cities: Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Valparaiso is a vibrant, colorful collection of hillside houses overlooking the bay. Here you’ll visit the summer house and now museum of Pablo Neruda, one of Chile’s most prolific writers. You’ll then continue to the tranquil Viña del Mar, a popular retreat for the Santiago elite.

  • Day 4 – Easter Island Excursion

In the morning, you will be transferred to the Santiago airport for your flight to Easter Island. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Time permits, you may visit Ahu Akivi, which is the only site in which the Moai look out over the ocean.

  • Day 5– Easter Island Excursion

Today you’ll take a full day excursion to the eastern part of the island to visit ancient temples, the quarry of Rano Raraku, and Anakena Beach, where you can swim in the sea. The sites have a total of 20 fallen moai statues and one is said to be the burial site of the islands first ruler, Hotu Matu’a.

  • Day 6 – Easter Island Excursion

Today you’ll visit the Rano Kau crater with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the interior of the volcano. You will get to walk around the rim crater until reaching Orongo, the ancient ceremonial village where the Tangata Manu (birdman) competition was performed.

  • Day 7 – Easter Island to Santiago

Today you will be transferred to the Easter Island airport for your flight to Santiago.
